Recognition highlights the company’s execution excellence and leadership in turnkey fit-out delivery across the Kingdom

Saudi-based contractor Focal Buildings Solutions (FBS) has been named Fit-Out Firm of the Year at the CID Awards Saudi 2026, during the awards ceremony held at the Voco Riyadh Hotel. Organised by Commercial Interior Design, the awards recognise architects, designers and firms contributing to the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving built environment through innovation, quality and measurable impact. The award was received by FBS General Manager Sara Batterjee alongside members of the company’s management team.
The recognition reflects FBS’s expanding presence in the Saudi market as a provider of turnkey design-and-build solutions for corporate offices and commercial environments. Over the past year, the company delivered several major projects for clients across the public and private sectors, including government entities, Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiaries and leading corporations. Among the projects contributing to the recognition were the Careconnect headquarters delivered for Bupa Arabia, the Ministry of Energy minister offices project and the Rua AlHaram Offices Tower project, each reflecting a focus on disciplined project management, schedule adherence and high finishing standards.
Founded in 2012, FBS has delivered more than 70 turnkey projects across Saudi Arabia. In 2025 and 2026 the company reported strong operational growth, including an 85 percent increase in revenue and more than 600,000 safe working hours without a Lost Time Injury. Commenting on the award, Sara Batterjee said the recognition reflects the company’s commitment to precision, reliability and quality in project delivery, adding that FBS will continue supporting the Kingdom’s evolving built environment in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 development goals.
